Sandra Bullock reportedly has no plan to return to the home where she lived with hubby Jesse James while the man who cheated on her is still there.
The Oscar-winning actress, who has avoided the public glare for the past two weeks, has no intention of sleeping at their home while James is there and so she has moved out, it has been reported.
"Sandra is such a classy woman.... To have her husband cheating on her and cheating with so many women, it's just something she doesn't deserve," The New York Post quoted an insider as telling RadarOnline.com.
The site also reported that Bullock, 45, is currently staying at her Hollywood Hills home, which she bought before she married James nearly five years ago.
The source added: "She has always conducted herself with dignity.
"A lot of people never understood her attraction to James, but she was loyal to him. And not only did he cheat, but he cheated with these women that just make you shake your head. Not that it matters anyway — the only thing that matters is [that] he cheated."
Bullock has been avoiding the public glare after allegations of James, 40, romping with tattoo model Michelle 'Bombshell' McGee emerged nearly two weeks ago.

India not nominating right movies for Oscar: Resul Pookutty
Oscar winning sound technician Resul Pookutty says the film federation of India is not nominating right movies for the Oscar.
"Why are we not figuring ourselves in the foreign film category is a good question that we should ask filmmakers of the country. Why are we falling behind. We should ask the film federation why we are not sending the right films", Pookutty told PTI.
Stating that there was a misconception about the Oscars, he said Oscar is not for Indian movies. "Oscar is for American movies that had been shown in American theatres. ''The only way Indian films can appear is in the foreign category.We are competing with so many other countries that are making fabulous movies for many years.''
Pookutty, who also will be a part of the elite 6,000 member organisation (Academy of Motion Pictures) that chooses the winners of Oscars, said media plays an important role in making people aware of movie making.
"Media is giving so much attention. In a way it (media) makes people aware of my trade", he said. Pookutty, also a member of jury in the recently concluded India International Disablity Film Festival, organised by Ability Foundation, said films on differently-abled people should make a positive change in society.
"My capacity this year is a part of the Foundation as a jury member.Whatever the foundation asks me to do in future I will continue to do in my own capacity as a person and also a technician". From making his debut in a small budget film 'Private Detective' in 1997, Pookutty has come a long way.Pookutty had won the Academy Award for Best Sound Mixing for the film 'Slumdog Millionaire.'

Govt reception for Rahman
Oscar award winner musical maestro A.R. Rahman was honored, with a reception by the State government here on Sunday. The function at Kadavu Resorts, which was conducted a few hours before his Jai Ho concert, was well attended with ministers like Elamarom Kareem, Benoy Viswam and MN K Premachandran waiting for hours for the Madras Mozart to complete his rehearsals before the concert.
Rahman who appeared in a blue jeans and white Kurta was presented with a memento, jointly by the three ministers, on behalf of the State Government. Rahman, in hi short speech expressed his happiness to be in Kerala, where he was longing to perform for the last 15 years.

Kate Winslet reveals early Oscar dream
Winning the best actress Oscar was the realisation of a childhood dream, an emotional Kate Winslet revealed in her acceptance speech.
Winslet, 33, who won the award for her role as Hanna Schmitz in The Reader, said she had first practised her speech in the mirror aged eight.
Pointing to her Oscar, she said: "This would have been a shampoo bottle. Well it's not a shampoo bottle now."
She won an Oscar at the sixth attempt for her part in Stephen Daldry's film.
Previous nominations she failed to capitalise on included a best actress nod for Titanic in 1998.
Winslet continued: "I feel very fortunate to have made it all the way from there to here and I'd like to thank some of the people along the way who had faith in me - my friends and my family, especially my mum and dad who are in this room somewhere.
"Dad, whistle or something 'cos then I'll know where you are."
After her father whistled, she picked him out in the crowd and screamed: "Yeah! I love you."
'These goddesses'
She paid tribute to director Daldry and said there had been "no division between the cast and the crew on this film and that's what made it so special".
Winslet beat fellow nominees Meryl Streep for Doubt, Anne Hathaway for Rachel Getting Married, Angelina Jolie for Changeling and Melissa Leo for Frozen River.
"I want to acknowledge my fellow nominees, these goddesses," Winslet said.
"I think we all can't believe we are in the same category as Meryl Streep at all.
"I'm sorry Meryl but you have to just suck that up."
The actress also thanked her film director husband Sam Mendes and her two children "who let me do what I love and who love me just the way that I am".
Winslet received her first Oscar nomination in 1996 for supporting actress in period drama Sense and Sensibility.
She starred in Hollywood blockbuster Titanic, co-starring Leonardo DiCaprio, a year later.
She was last nominated two years ago for best actress for Little Children.

Rihanna's makes first public appearance after assault
Singer Rihanna was seen in the public for the first time since she was allegedly assaulted by her former boyfriend Chris Brown.
The 20-year-old put on a brave face during her first public outing since the infamous incident that happened nearly two weeks ago on the eve of the Grammy Awards.
The 'Umbrella' singer was photographed wearing a pair of sunglasses in a car in Los Angeles on Thursday night, the same evening a website published a picture of hers taken after the assault, where she is seen with a swollen and bruised face, the Contactmusic reported.
The injuries were reportedly inflicted by Brown after the pair started arguing over a text message he received from another woman. The altercation got so violent that Rihanna had to call the police and later was taken to the hospital while Brown fled the spot.
Reports suggest Rihanna flew to Barbados to escape the media and to celebrate her 21st birthday on Friday.
The star also released her first statement since the alleged attack via her spokesperson on Friday thanking all her fans and well wishers.
"She (Rihanna) wants to assure her fans that she remains strong, is doing well, and deeply appreciates the outpouring of support she has received during this difficult time," read the statement.

Story of UP village girl Smile Pinki wins Oscar
Residents of Dabai village in Uttar Pradesh's Ahura district have a lot to smile about today.
Smile Pinki, based on the life of a girl from the village who was born with a lip deformity, has won an Oscar for best Short Documentary.
Megan Mylan's film depicts the saga of six-year-old Pinki, who becomes a social outcast because of her cleft lip. In the 39-minute documentary, the girl from this obscure Uttar Pradesh village undergoes corrective surgery and gets a normal childhood. The film was shot in Mirzapur and Varanasi of Uttar Pradesh.
Elated at the victory, Mylan thanked the eight-year-old girl, who could not smile due to her cleft-lip and was teased as "othkatti' (one with a cut lip) for letting her tell her story.
"Thank you Pinki. Thank you for letting me tell your incredible story," said Mylan while accepting the Oscar.Pinki then underwent a simple surgery with the help of social workers that almost changed her life. Mylan also thanked the NGO Smile Train, which funded the surgery and Pinki's Los Angeles trip to attend the Oscars.

It was a night to remember for India at the 81st annual Academy Awards ceremony in Los Angeles on Sunday (early Monday in India). Slumdog Millionaire swept the Oscars with the film bagging eight awards, including Best Director and Best Film.
Among the winners were three Indians, music composer AR Rahman (best Original Score and best Original Song, Jai Ho), lyricist Gulzar (Jai Ho), and sound engineer Resul Pookutty (best Sound Mixing). AR Rahman became the first Indian to win two Oscars.
Danny Boyle picked up one of the biggest awards of the night, the title of Best Director, for Slumdog Millionaire. The cast and crew of the film went on stage to collect the Best Film award, which went to producer Christian Colson.
Simon Beaufoy was awarded for best Adapted Screenplay, Anthony Dod Mantle for best Cinematographer, Ian Tapp, Richard Pryke, and Pookutty for best Sound Mixing and Chris Dickens for best Film Editing.
Earlier, Pookutty became only the second Indian to win the prestigious award, after Bhanu Athaiya for the costumes of Gandhi in 1982. (Filmmaker Satyajit Ray was given an honorary Oscar while he was on his deathbed in Calcutta in 1992.)
Accepting the accolade, Pookutty said, "This is not just an award. This is history being handed over to me."

Dev Patel wrecked our relationship, says Freida's fiance
Slumdog Millionaire actress Freida Pinto's fiance blames the movie, and co-star Dev Patel, for the end of his relationship with the actress.
Jilted fiance Rohan Antao revealed that Pinto not only compelled him to stay mum about their engagement for the benefit of the movie, but also snubbed him to be with her on-screen lover.
The 24-year-old said his former love gave him the thumbs down in a phone call while she was promoting the film with her co-star, who is six years younger to her.
"She ended it with me after getting close to Dev Patel," News of the World quoted Rohan as saying. "Now everywhere I go, I see them on billboards. I am devastated.
"I hate the film. It wrecked my relationship. As soon as it became a success and she started spending all her time with Dev, she ended it," Antao said.
He continued: "She decided she didn't want to be with me anymore. She said she wanted us to be friends. But how can I be when she has destroyed my faith in love?
"She is infatuated with Dev. I don't know if they were having a sexual relationship, but if I came face to face with him I would have things to say.
"This is a very hard time for me, because as much as I don't want to let go, I have to.
"I wish her success in her career, but I can't watch the Oscars, and I don't want to watch the film -- it wrecked our love."

Gyllenhaal, Witherspoon share kiss in public
Actor Jake Gyllenhaal and his Oscar winning girlfriend Reese Witherspoon shared a kiss at a Los Angeles Lakers basketball game.
According to contactmusic.com, the kiss was a bit long and lingering. It was caught by cameras and showed on the jumbotron screen which hangs above the court.
The kiss was shown at a time out when fans are traditionally encouraged to kiss each other on camera.
Witherspoon looked embarrassed when she realised that the kiss was caught on tape and that everyone had seen it.

Actor Hugh Jackman to host Oscars
Australian actor Hugh Jackman will be the host of the 2009 Academy Awards, organisers have announced.
The 40-year-old star has not hosted the event before, although he presented the award for best original score in 2007.
Best known for playing Wolverine in the X-Men films, the actor can currently be seen in Baz Luhrmann's epic Australia.
His involvement marks a change of pace for the ceremony, which in recent years has employed a comedian or comic actor as master of ceremonies.
Last year's event was hosted by Jon Stewart, presenter of satirical US programme The Daily Show.
Musical appearances
Jackman, whose other film credits include Van Helsing and The Prestige, was recently named People magazine's "sexiest man alive".
His presenter experience includes three years as host of the Tony Awards between 2003 and 2005.
He also took home an award in 2004 for his role in Broadway musical The Boy from Oz.
He has also trod the boards in London, playing the lead role in a National Theatre revival of Oklahoma! in the late 1990s.
Early reports had linked British comedian Ricky Gervais to the post, filled in previous years by Billy Crystal, Whoopi Goldberg and the late Bob Hope.
Gervais, though, subsequently distanced himself from the role, saying he feared he might not get the "freedom" he would need.

Batman film The Dark Knight has been named as one of the Top 10 movies of 2008 by the American Film Institute.
Others include political biopic Milk, animated fantasy Wall-E and Brad Pitt's The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.
Clint Eastwood's Gran Torino and comic book blockbuster Iron Man also feature alongside the independent dramas Frozen River and Wendy and Lucy.

Adele 'not ready' to win Grammy
Grammy-nominated singer Adele has said she would rather win the US award for her fourth album rather than her debut.
"I imagine it's like winning an Oscar and I don't think on this record I should get one," the performer told BBC 6 Music.
"I think it should be with my second or third record that I should get the Oscar, like from your third or fourth film when you're amazing," she added.
Adele is up for four Grammys, including record of the year.
Speaking before performing a special session with Paul Weller at the Maida Vale studios, the Londoner admitted she feels it is too soon to be awarded a prestigious Grammy.
"If I won one, it would be really important to me but I can't even think about that. Sorry, it's making my heart race really fast."
"It would be lovely to get one but I don't feel like I need awards and stuff to feel good about my music," adding that she would not be disheartened if she did not win any gongs.
"I can't see how this album life span could get any better and I don't feel like it needs to be. I'm already over the moon and blown away with people's response to it."

Film star Angelina Jolie commands the biggest salary for Hollywood actresses, according to an annual list published by the Hollywood Reporter.
Jolie can expect to make $15m (£10.2m) a film, ahead of Julia Roberts and 2007 list winner Reece Witherspoon.
Oscar winners Nicole Kidman and Halle Berry are no longer able to make $10m (£6.8m), says the industry publication.
But male stars are outstripping their female counterparts, with Will Smith able to make $25m (£17m) for a movie.

Angst in West Hollywood over Vanity Fair's Oscar party
Does Vanity Fair's annual Oscar bash feel right during a time of tough economic times? Well, the show must go on — to the relief of some in West Hollywood, who see the annual party as a nice calling card for the city's entertainment venues. But there is still some angst — namely over a new, smaller location. WeHo News has the details:
"Announcing that the party would go on as usual (the 2008 bash got cancelled due to the writers’ strike), although would be 'more intimate' than in years past, said Vanity Fair chief Graydon Carter. Therein lies the anxiety; will there be room for the lower tier A-listers? Morton’s, the longtime spot for the 'A' list crowd’s Oscar soiree, has been vacated by the ownership and the new location — the historic Sunset Tower Hotel — can hold fewer people for an event, meaning entry to the party got that much harder."

Is Madonna Becoming Sticky and Sour?
Poor Madonna. The mistress of spin who has so carefully controlled her image ever since she worked every DJ in New York City in the 1980s when she first burst on the scene, no longer appears to be calling all the shots at age 50.
The pop diva had reportedly planned on announcing that her marriage to director Guy Ritchie was over after her Sticky and Sweet tour wrapped. Instead, the announcement came in the middle, and the tour is growing more sour than sweet as it rolls on.
A few hours after the breakup was made public, Madonna opened her show in Boston with the track "I'm Not Sorry," telling the crowd, "That's right, I'm not sorry."
Later she performed "Miles Away," a song she once said was inspired by her often long-distance relationship with Ritchie.
Introducing it, she told the audience, "This song is for the emotionally retarded. Maybe you know some people who fall into that category. I know I do."
Perhaps Madonna's bitterness stems from losing her grip on all things in her world. At a concert in New York earlier this month, she made the following cryptic announcement to the audience: "In exactly 29 moves, the Queen will dump the King."
At the time, she had 29 dates left on her U.S. tour.
Whether it was Ritchie or Madonna who jumped the gun, it's now clear the couple is headed for what could be a bitter divorce and custody battle over their son, Rocco, 8, and adopted son, David Banda, 3.
Even David's father, Yohane Banda, weighed in on the divorce from his home in Malawi. According to British newspaper The Sun, he wondered if David would be better off back home with him. "I am still a poor farmer with nothing to offer, but maybe he would be better off back with us," he said.
Ritchie's father, John, also jumped into the fray. After hearing about Madonna's "emotionally retarded" comments, he lashed out at the Material Girl in the British press. "She is being beastly," he said. "She is saying, 'Did you ever love me?' It goes back to a time when she fell off her horse and she's blaming him for that. She's calling him an emotional retard. When he's being bashed by her it's horrid."

Reese Witherspoon too short for Vince Vaughn
Oscar winning actress Reese Witherspoon was too short for her co-star Vince Vaughn in the movie "Four Christmases", as became clear when he had to pick her up for a few dancing scenes.
Contactmusic.com reports that they had to be creative in solving the height problem.
She said: "He's 6'5" and I'm 5'2". We had a really funny scene, I don't know if it's in the film any more, where he rolls over onto me. We were in bed and then at the very end he rolls over and goes to sleep, but he rolls over and lays on top of me. It was like a tree trunk had just landed on me. I kept going, 'Tim-berrrrr!' It was really funny.
"It was a challenge, especially the kissing scenes. It was hard to get up there to kiss him but we worked it out.
"And he had to pick me up for half the dancing. He's actually holding me in the air so we can stay in the same frame. He's a fantastic dancer. A very, very good dancer, which you'd probably figure from Swingers. They were teaching us dance moves. I just couldn't keep up and he was like, 'Oh, it's a one-two cha cha cha'."
