New Bollywood films - Karzzz

Karzzz is remake of Sunbhash Ghai's Super hit Karz. The new Karzzz has been directed by Satish Kaushik. This film has same storyline as the old one but wih a bit different twist in it. Writer Shiraz Ahmed hasn't picked up the script in entirety. He has added a new twist to the tale, which may find its share of advocates and adversaries.Kamini (Urmila) marries Ravi Verma (Dino Morea) for his riches and bumps him off immediately after their marriage. Two decades later, there comes Monty [Himesh Reshamiya] an extremely successful Rock Star based in South Africa.During one of the many parties he attends, he meets Tina [Shweta Kumar]. For Monty, it's love at first sight. Later, during one of his shows, Monty starts playing a tune and suddenly goes into a trance, with intense visual flashes -- a mansion, a temple, a beautiful girl. On further probe, he finds out that the mansion belonged to a certain Ravi Verma [Dino Morea], who died in a tragic accident. Another flash reveals that Monty was Ravi Verma in his previous life, married to a beautiful girl called Kamini [Urmila]. From here starts Monty's new journey. A journey of revenge! How he accomplishes it and gives justice to Ravi Verma's unfortunate old mother and sister forms the rest of the film.On acting front, Urmila steals the show. Her venomous act is bound to get her few awards this year for sure. She has even exposed her body a lot in those glamorous dresses. Himesh has just given his all, his efforts show. Shweta Kumar is ok. She hasn't been properly presented. In the acting department she still has a long way to go. Gulshan Grover (as Sir Judah) in his unusual get up leaves a mark. Danny as the every helpful Kabir chacha and Asrani lend able support.On the whole, Karzzz is an entertaining masala film. At the box-office, the film should fetch a thunderous start and in due course, should be amongst the biggest achievers of the year in terms of business.
